Now a little about Moira's inspiration...

There are so many wonderful reasons to get married in Vegas, one being the unusual styling and attitude that can be used. Why? How about, why not??

These wedding save-the-dates were created for Christina and Dave and incorporated their contemporary style and color palate of greens, charcoal, black and white. We wanted to create a design that was playful, coy, and unexpected. The first detail to catch the recipients attention was the unusual calligraphy that adorned the front – classic white ink applied with a vintage style calligraphy pen, but done in unusual and contemporary form.

The envelopes were lined in custom printed envelope liners bearing the couple’s names and a classic Vegas showgirl emerging out of the envelope.

The save the date card itself is a conglomeration of fonts, colors and orientations and fills up the entire card. The same showgirl boasts her curves along one side – how Vegas of her!

The flip side of the card bears the couple’s names and date in the form of a bingo card. At this point, I had just begun using HotFix crystals on invitations {bling, bling} and what better card to bling out that a save the date for a Vegas wedding!
