Moira does not accept returns on custom printed products, including ready-to-order pieces.

Samples are available for $5.00 for all of our ready-to-order products, so please order samples prior to placing your invitation order if you are unsure.

{custom design stationery}

Deposits on all custom design orders are non-refundable.

After proof is approved and final payment is collected, order is non-refundable.

Moira will honor quotes for custom orders for two weeks from the date of the quote. Following two weeks, prices may vary based on scheduling and availability.

{ready-to-order stationery}

Invitation orders may be canceled prior to proofing for a full refund.

If cancellation occurs after proof is sent but prior to approval, Moira will retain a $150 processing fee.

If cancellation occurs after proof is approved, order is non-refundable.

{do-it-yourself designs}

All DIY orders are non-refundable.
