Who doesn’t love a surprise party?

These invitations and accessory pieces were created for an August surprise party. The invitation was mounted on white linen paper with the faintest one inch stripe pattern and paired with blooms in various shades of purple. We combined two different fonts to keep the invitation playful and light.

The words “shhhhhh, it’s a surprise” adorned the top of the invitation to inform the invited guests not to make a peep to the birthday girl. The invitation was mounted on a textured purple backing to further incorporate the violet theme. Each invitation was placed in a chocolate envelope lined with a custom liner bearing the same surprise warning. Each envelope was addressed in shimmering purple calligraphy ink.

The party menus were displayed for both the appetizers and entrée courses. All the catering and rentals were provided by {Moira Events}. Each guest was given a ticket when they arrived for a riveting round of raffles during the party. We also made large, 2” confetti pieces in matching motifs and fonts.
